  To everyone whos planning to go to waterway, PLEASE. BEFORE YOU TIP THEM, CHECK IF THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED YOUR CAR. I normally do my cleaning but I went to waterway because of my sister, and I am honestly so dissatisfied and disappointed with waterway’s service. I even gave them a good amount of tip after (thinking they worked so hard) Well, there were still crumbs and lint on my dashboard, and the mats are not clean like I asked them to do. Not only they’re expensive, but also they make you wait forever. If I knew waterway’s service is like this, I could’ve done the cleaning MYSELF (which I normally do). To the management, if they ain’t doin they job right, you ain’t doin your job either.

  Reading the other reviews about Waterway and these are spot on! Be prepared to spend 45 minutes here if you are lucky. Also, be prepared to go home and re-wash your car. The staff here walk around with their shoulders drooping and zero motivation. They look like they are serving a sentence and not working a job. They do a HORRIBLE job to boot! For the prices, the overall service and attitude needs to change drastically. I’m shocked that the owner or corporate (if waterway is) hasn’t stepped in and done something about this location. DTC location is awesome! I hate that I moved so far away from it.
