  Horrible experience!! Dealt with the manger Kelli who was extremely rude and loud! Doesn't know how to follow the directions off the back of a receipt. Proceeded to try to talk over me and cause a scene in front of other customers and make me look like the bad guy. Left the store and called customer relations and spoke with a wonderful gal who was very sweet and gave me a full refund. Went back in later in the week to purchase other item ( only cause this is closer to drive to) to be told by their own employees how rude she is. I think it is time to have her replaced! Also seeing there is another comment about the same person. I will say, I did deal with an April but she was very friendly to me! Hopefully not all the mangers are this rude to their customers!!
