  The incompetence of workers here is literally astounding to me. I came in to have my number ported, and it took 2 hours and it wasn't even done properly because the employee did not enter the PIN from my old provider, even after I double checked to see if he needed it. Now I carry around 2 phones with the same number, one getting some texts and the other getting others. Not only that, but he sneakily opened another line on my account and put the SIM card into my old, broken phone. Luckily I caught him at that, but then he told me i would have to call and cancel the line myself...which I assume is going to come with a 200$ cancellation fee. Seriously, just a number port. Should not be that hard, but the guy at this store royally screwed it up. I wish I never came back to Verizon, but now I'm stuck. I'll be back in soon to have this resolved. And if I have to pay 200$ to remedy this mistake, I am absolutely breaking my contract.
