  Awesome Staff! I needed to warranty exchange my phone, so I had it shipped to this new location. Raul helped me move all my stuff over & made the experience pleasant & flawless. While I was there, an older gentleman came in to get some technical support on an app he was having trouble with. I was really impressed with the way Ashley helped to trouble shoot the issue for him, even after he left the shop, giving up on the issue. She called him to let him know she was able to find the solution for him. These stores seem to be a dime a dozen, but next time I need to stop into one, I'll definitely make sure it's this location!

  I was curious about changing from Verizon because I dont trust them - Verizon uses a confusing billing process/paperwork that no one at Verizon have been able to explain to me, Danny K was patient and showed me how T-Mobile would save me money on my bill and showed me how simple their billing/process is to understand. He also informed me T-Mobile would pay off the remaining balance on my Verizon bought phones. Bottom line - I have more (unlimited data) with T-Mobile and pay less. Danny literally saved me 1500 hundred dollars over the next 12 months
