  I needed an extender for my bracelet. My daughter and I arrived at the store Sunday before last in the afternoon - there were three saleswomen near the register and one other customer. One of the clerks was helping the other customer. Despite making eye contact, the two sales clerks who were not working with customers ignored me - I stood patiently waiting behind the other customer at the register. After quite a while my daughter sat on the floor from boredom and I placed our shopping packages on the floor. One woman finally greeted me after looking me up and down. In as nice a tone as I could muster I told her that given the money we've spent with Pandora over the years, not being greeted for more than 15 minutes was disappointing. She said "Sorry, we have things to do." We left and will GLADLY drive to another store that employs courteous individuals. This store provides products for women, and would be wise to recognize that all women deserve courteous and respectful treatment.
