Had a repair done and was told it would take a week, 1 month later I'm being told its ready but not in the shop....not only did he have excuses for why he couldn't get my ring but his attitude as if he was the one being lied to ( he had been paid in full before I got my ring). Awful customer service and on top of it the repair was a piece of .....! having to take it to be re-repaired!
