  I call this place to see if they have a bra size there .The lady answer the phone and says hello i ask is this Lane Bryant she said yeah I thought I called the wrong number because she just say hello instead of saying thanks you for calling Lane Bryant may I help you like real service . So you know who you called and then she was short with me about the question I asked instead of helping me out by some options where I can find my size of a bra. Catherines clothing store tell me to go to Lane Bryant they might have my size or go online they gave me options

  I'm a big busted woman, I come in there to get my bras ,and I tell them about how they fall apart or the middle of them stretch out , their favorite thing to say is you shouldn't put the bra in the washer or dryer. I explained to the lady I only put it in the washer . And she interrupts you to tell you that maybe its to small. My question is why did you sell me this one ? And she said maybe you gained weight since you bought it . So rude. If I could fit in Victoria secret bras thats wear I would be buying them . I hate having to shop at lane bryant for bras . The sales associate at lane bryant said they do not guarantee their bras because some of the weight we as big women carry. 60.00 for a bra and you can only wear it for a week without it falling a part.

  Every single time I come to this location I am treated like a child. This last time in particular was the worst. I asked the associate for her recommendation for bras and she said "You already tried on the ones I would recommend." I explained that they were not comfortable and would like to try something else and she wouldn't help me then laughed at me. And then asked me, while laughing, if she offended me. For most people, bra shopping is a pain, never fun and can cause frustration. This experience made it clear that this location is a joke. I will NEVER return to this location.
