  We just bought our second spa from IHT. Their salesmen (Johnny) was great in helping us find just the right spa for us. Their customer support (Willis) was absolutely outstanding in helping us get things up and running. I would recommend IHT to anyone looking to purchase a spa.

  We went to IHT looking for a new fireplace, but ended up with more than we ever hoped. Not only was Willis and the team able to provide us with a great fireplace, but they took care of the whole project. Willis was able to offer some good advice in choosing a fireplace and in a way that was never pushy or "salesy". He listened to our needs and put together the right choice for us at a price point that was very competitive. It was evident to us that this company cares about it customers and puts them first. Purchasing a fireplace was part of a larger home improvement project, which Willis was also able to help us with, supplying specialist trade professionals and co-ordinating the whole project. It allowed us to deal with just one person who we were able to trust and rely on. You can tell Willis really cared about the quality of the work and we couldn't be happier about the service we received. Our fireplace is the focal point of our home and it looks amazing!
