  Gahh! Last night I went in to the store with my soon to be fiancé!! We had been in a couple store in the mall and I just felt weird and I wasn't sure why, for some reason I felt bad telling the other stores if I didn't like a ring and it just felt weird. But when we walked in we looked around and the sweetest lady helped us, she stayed with us the whole time as I tried on and looked at literally every sing ring until I finally found the perfect one. It was an amazing experience, and the 2nd lady that helped us was so sweet as well, I would recommend this store 100% and I'm in my early 20's so I think that says something about the service we received even while an older couple came in they still gave us all the attention we needed. Thank you ladies!

  Over the years we have spent thousands at this store, and always had wonderful service. I called Christmas Eve afternoon to ask whether a ring was ready (it was being sized), and I was reprimanded for asking - the woman said they would call when it was ready. I asked her to please look it up, as I had been promised it would be ready before Christmas; she discovered it was ready. I asked her to please let someone know that I had not received a call. I was reprimanded again - she said that "the person who was supposed to" did not note that they should call. Today is the 27th - went in to pick up the ring. The lady asked for my claim check - I told her I wasn't given one. She was really rude about having to look it up under my husband's name - her behavior even shocked my kids! Got the ring - as I was about to leave she sheepishly handed me a receipt that was in the bag with my ring and said, "looks like someone forgot to give this to you." May be time to find a new sparkles store...
