  Wish I'd seen this review before contracting Fado. Completely agree with MT review: over promised and under delivered. Floors turned out okay, but baseboards were a mess, and what might have been a fair bid for the job wound up being much more costly in the end. "We respect your home" is written on their vehicles, but they clearly only respect to their standards, not the people paying them. When trying to reach a compromise is met with Jack's righteous indignation, you really don't have a choice but to let it go. This is no way to "make things right" with a dissatisfied customer, and clearly that doesn't matter with this company.
