    I ordered the Large Today We Celebrate You fruit arrangement with the extra chocolate covered strawberries and pineapples to be picked up at 4 pm. When I got there to pick up the order I was already running 25 minutes late and when I walked in no one was at the front desk to greet me then after waiting 10 minutes the woman working asked if I was the pick and then went on to tell me that it was not ready and she needed 25 more minutes. When I told her a phone call would have been nice she just stared at me. Once I finally got to my party and unwrapped the fruit arrangement it looked horrible and rushed and tasted even worse than it looked. All of the chocolate dipped fruit look like a child did them and put it together than to top it off the fruit was overripe and tasted gross. When I finally was able to talk to a manager about this she made it seem like it was my problem and did nothing to correct the experience. When you pay over $130 for fruit I think it should be a close to perfect product. I don't think I will never be going back to edible arrangements and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

    I was out of country so decided to order Edible Arrangements instead of flowers this time. It was to be a surprise. They delivered 5 hours late, called to tell my wife they were coming, so no surprise. I was charged 13.99 for delivery instead of my wife picking up arrangement. They are only 3 minutes from our home. But I wanted it to be a surprise. Upon arriving home, I called the location to complain. The manager could have cared less. All she did was argue with me, would not refund the $13.99 and basically told me I was wrong. Horrible experience. The fruit and display was good, the service horrible, along with customer service. They not only lost my business, but dozens of future orders. Back to flowers, they know how to handle customers.
