  Customer service at the shoe section is not well staffed, which probably explains why the store has the shoe and size we need. Please move the stock out from behind so that your customers can self-serve.

  Severely understaffed in shoe departments. The employees there were trying to do the best they can but there were at least 12-20 families being served by 2 employees, and they had a lot of trouble finding stock even though they have a system to scan the barcode and let you know what sizes they have in stock. The employees were doing the best they could but we were waiting at least 10-15 minutes to try on a single pair of shoes...and then another 15 minutes to try another pair.
