  I purchased a car stereo on Sunday and needed to come back to have it installed as I didn’t have time to do it when I purchased it. When I arrived at this location at 5:30pm this evening I was greeted by one of the staff named Titus and he asked me how they could help me. After explaining that I was back to have my stereo installed he pulled up my information on the computer and I gave him and Jay my keys and I went shopping while I waited for it to be finished. I received a call at 7:15pm letting me know that they were almost finished. I stated I was about to eat dinner and they offered another service that they do which is detailing my interior. I agreed as I own a cleaning company and I never want to clean for myself at the end of the day. When I finished with dinner I returned to the store and was greeted by Hunter the assistant manager and was given my keys to my 2009 Escape with an awesome stereo and clean interior!   Shout out to one of the best Car accessory shops I have ever been to. These guys go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is top notch and you don't leave until you're satisfied. The first time that I went in, the shop was very busy (guess that's a testament to their quality), after my wait I was greeted and every one of my concerns was gone over, other options were offered, and knowledge was shared. I was scheduled for service and had the game plan explained in great detail. Got to be involved in specific choices and selections, which I love. And my truck came out better than I had hoped for! Special direct shout to the great man Tyler! As well as his kick ass team mates, Hunter and Caesar. Gotta say that the Customer service provided by these gentleman will be hard to beat. And that Car Toys in Littleton Colorado has earned my business for years to come. Highly recommended!!
