  We have been to this Appliance Factory location, at Wadsworth and Bowles, several times in the last 6 months and purchased both a microwave and a refrigerator. Rich was our sales person each time. He is very knowledgeable, professional and patient! We asked many questions and he was able to answer all of them. They carry a wide variety of appliances, all at very competitive prices and they also have a price match policy. Rich scheduled the delivery of our refrigerator, explained how their process works and made us very comfortable. My husband and I prefer to do business with local companies whenever possible, so Appliance Factory was a good match for us. When we need our next appliance, we will be sure to return.
