  Great service with the initial purchase of my AirPods. However, after being told I would be given a replacement pair if lost or stolen 3 times during the sale, the store would not honor what they sold me as a feature. Extremely poor customer service on behalf of the Manager.

  Terrible experience. I needed my iPhone replaced due to a defect on the phone, and they told me they wouldn’t be able to get me in because their technician has 6 appointments. They only have one technician?! And 8 salesmen?! How the heck are you going to sell a product if you can’t even fix a product that has already been sold!! Terrible customer service and the manager was very rude.
